For my Illumination website I want to communicate ways of improving and stimulating creative though through the form of video as I feel videos are great ways to communicate a message. The first video I am going to make is a 'Work out' video as one of the ways to improve creativity it to move around and get the heart racing. I want to make a graphic design work out video so decided to source some old work out videos as they are a great aesthetic quality to them that I think is lost today.
I will play with these videos through editing to make a complete video.
