GOOD IS : LOOKING

Below are the 5 things I pulled out of the crit that I want to look at and research further -

 Things to Look at further :

- How to make people look up.

- What situations people look up in.

- Where to look up.

- What exactly can you find when you look up.

- Who would be interested in looking up.

How to make people up :

- Put something unsuspecting in the sky line

- Say Look over there

- If people see other people pointing they genrally Look in whatever direction that person is pointing

- Sound , if a person hears something coming from above them they will look up

- Have signs saying Look UP.

What situations do people look up in :

- When a plane flys overhead

- Checking if money is real

- Looking at film negatives

- Checking the weather

- Admiring the view

- Checking the time on clocks

- Sneezing 

- Putting contacts in 

- If they are heigh up and suffer from vertigo 

- Fire works display

- If something is lit up

Where to  look up :

The nice thing about looking up is that it is a compltely different experience wherever you go, as generally, no two places are the same.

- City

- Countryside

- Woods 

- Town

- Village 

- under a bridge

- inside town halls

What exactly can you find when you look up :

To list every single thing you would see when looking up would take hours as there is so much to see which is why looking up is so exciting, you never know what to expect, so I'm just going to name few.

- Old signs

- Clocks

- Statues

- Murials

- Birds

- Shooting star

- rainbow

- windows

- people

- insects

- curtains

- roofs

- building decoration, on the outside

- decoration on the inside

- brick work

- architecture

- cracks

Who would be interested in looking up.

I think people that would be interested in look up are obviously architects as they will often look up at buildings for work and for pleasure. I think anyone who is creative will find the process of looking up and finding something new each times, exciting, they will also appreciate the beauty of looking up. Someone who likes exlporing may enjoy looking up as it is a new way of discovering the city. People who are stressed might apreciate looking up as it definitly brightens the mood compared to walking around in a busy environment looking at your feet. Children are also interested in looking up, they are experts as they are always walking around discovering new things and as they are small they have to look up to everything, a child always walks around with completely different body language to an adult, an adults is very head down, must get from a-b quicketst way, where as a child is open to wandering around and discovering things.

I feel like I have generated some interesting thoughts from going into what I wanted to discover from the crit. I have thought about things that previously had't crossed my mind such as in what day to day activities people look up in. I will now be able to use this in my practical work, but figuring out how to make people look up.
