Initial Research.

After brainstorming it was decided to aproach this task with the purpose to entertain as well as inform. So wanted whatever we create to be humourous. It was then decided that the style we want to go for is something that is clean and clear and intructive, so looked at such things as aroplane instruction cards.

 

We then looked at Ikea instuctions as they are also very simple and consise. but decided that the instuctions for ikea were a little too simple and bare for the look we wanted to achieve.

The final image we looked at in terms of initial research was an instruction card for a beer cup game called 'Beer Pong'. Its a light hearted humourous intsruction card which is the feel we are going for. we also really liked the over all retro feel of the image and colours and will develop this idea further.
